Thomas Transfer is a full-service moving and storage business. We specialize in intrastate, interstate and international household moves. We know direct personal involvement is essential for a smooth relocation. Each Thomas staff member has specific responsibilities performed in an open working environment. Everyone is in constant communication with each other and the participating driver involved with each relocation.

For corporate clients, we offer Atlas Van Lines interstate contractual agreements and in California, we offer master service agreements. Both of these documents provide value in addition to our quality service commitment. Atlas Van Lines provides online corporate tracking with security access for our corporate clients that desire this feature.

Whether a move is performed for an individual or a corporate transferee, pre-move planning is discussed thoroughly and complete contact information is available from the start. Required services are discussed in detail and arranged to co-ordinate with desired packing, moving and delivery dates. Atlas offers a Moving Day by Day Planner that can help with personal organization. Once the move is ready to begin, a driver is assigned (most likely a Thomas driver) whose interstate progress can be followed through online tracking with just a name and registration number. When the move is completed, a follow-up telephone call or internet follow-up is provided to every shipper. Invoicing and claim settlements are handled directly from our main office in Mountain View, California.
