DAMAGE CLAIM INFORMATION

If you find it necessary to file a damage claim, all of the paperwork is accessible from here. Your claim must be filed, in writing, within nine months of delivery. When we receive your claim, we assign it for inspection and repair, if necessary, and settle it as soon as possible. If you have moved within California, you may print an intrastate claim form, fill it out and fax or mail it to our California office. If you have moved interstate, you may print an interstate claim form, fill it out and fax or mail to our California office, or file your interstate claim online directly with Atlas Van Lines.
